Artichoke & Pepperoni Appetizer

 

Savor this delicious appetizer with some fresh garlic bread.

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (14-ounce) can chopped artichoke hearts, drained
  • 1 cup HORMEL® PILLOW PACK® Turkey Pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • ½ teaspoon coarsely ground pepper

DIRECTIONS


1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Spoon into 1-quart baking dish or ramekin; cover.
3. Bake appetizer 30 to 35 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
4. Serve warm on garlic bread.
