Asian-style Chicken Lettuce Wraps

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (3-ounce) package ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)
  • 1 (5-ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • cup diced red bell pepper
  • cup HOUSE OF TSANG® Bangkok Peanut Sauce
  • 8 leaves bibb lettuce
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Sliced green onions

DIRECTIONS


1. Prepare ramen noodles according to package directions; drain. Rinse under cold running water; drain again. 
2. In medium bowl, combine ramen, chicken, cucumber, bell pepper and peanut sauce; toss until ramen is coated. 
3. Divide ramen mixture evenly among lettuce leaves. Garnish with peanuts and onions.
