Barbeque Pork Sliders with Slaw

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (32-ounce) packag HORMEL® Barbecue Seasoned Pork Roast
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 24 small slider buns, split and toasted
  • 2 cups prepared oil-and vinegar-based coleslaw
  • Corn on the cob, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1. Prepare pork as package directs.
2. Drain any excess liquid from the pork. Using two forks, shred pork. Add barbecue sauce to the meat and stir until lightly coated.
3. Place meat on buns and top with coleslaw. If desired, serve with corn on the cob.
