Canadian Bacon Breakfast Kabobs

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 package HORMEL® CURE 81® Classic Boneless Ham, cubed
  • 8 frozen French toast sticks
  • 1 package strawberries, hulled
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • Maple syrup
  • 8 (10-inch) wooden skewers
  • Powdered sugar, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1. Slice Canadian bacon into 1-inch chunks and microwave for 1-2 minutes. Heat French toast sticks according to package directions and cut each into 4 pieces.
2. Alternately thread 2 pieces each of bacon chunks, French toast, strawberry and banana onto each skewer, leaving small amount of space between pieces.
3. Top with powdered sugar, if desired. Serve with maple syrup for dipping.
