Classic Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 pound rotelle pasta
  • 3 (5-ounce) cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken breast, drained
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, cut in half
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup reduced-fat salad dressing
  • 2 tablespoons sliced natural almonds
  • Pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS


1. Boil pasta 8 to 10 minutes until it is al dente. Drain.
2. In large bowl, combine pasta, chicken, grapes, celery, onion, cranberries, mayonnaise and dressing. Stir until well combined. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
3. Stir almonds into chilled chicken mixture. Add pepper to taste.
