Corn Chip Taco Pie

 

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 cups corn chips
  • 12 ounces shredded pork
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Taco sauce, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced green onions, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1. In microwave-safe glass pie pan, layer corn chips on bottom, then spread shredded pork and cheese evenly over chips.
2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes or until meat is heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with taco sauce, sour cream, tomatoes and green onions, if desired.
