Individual Grilled Pepperoni Pizza
Individual Grilled Pepperoni Pizza
INGREDIENTS
Olive oil
1 (13-ounce) package of refrigerated pizza dough
1 (12-ounce) container of pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (5-ounce) package of
HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis
DIRECTIONS
Heat your gas grill to high and make sure the grill grates are clean and free of debris. Oil the grill grates and decrease the heat to medium.
Roll out your favorite pizza dough into individual-size pizzas.
Brush the dough with 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil and flip onto the hot grill. Close the lid and cook until the bottom of the crust is golden brown, about 1 to 2 minutes. Brush the uncooked side of the dough with 1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil, then immediately flip. Combine pizza sauce with pepperoni minis and add to crust with a spoon. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Close the lid and cook until the bottom of crust is golden brown and the cheese has melted, another 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the pizza to a cooling rack and let rest 3 minutes before slicing.
