Jalapeño Popper Chicken Taquitos

INGREDIENTS


  • 4 (10-ounce) cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup pickled jalapeos, coarsely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 16 (6-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Mexican blend cheese
  • Garnish: ranch dressing, salsa and cilantro

DIRECTIONS


Heat oven to 425°F.
In large bowl, combine chicken and next 5 ingredients.
Heat tortillas according to package directions. Sprinkle cheese down center of each tortilla, followed by 2 to 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture. Roll tortillas tightly and place on lightly greased baking sheet, seam side down. Spray with cooking spray. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are lightly browned.
Serve with toppings, if desired.
