• 1 (11-ounce) bag CHI-CHI’S® corn tortilla chips
  • 1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® Taco Meats Shredded Chicken
  • 2½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 vine ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 jalapeo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 small white onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves, finely chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Optional Ingredients:
  • Sour cream
  • Avocado
  • Taco sauce
  • Chopped onions


1. Heat oven to 350°F.
2. Layer tortilla chips in baking dish. Spread taco meat evenly across chips and sprinkle cheese over meat.
3. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and taco meat is heated through.
4. For salsa, combine tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, onion, cilantro and salt in a bowl, set aside.
5. Allow nachos to cool 10 minutes and then sprinkle with salsa or serve on the side with other optional ingredients.
