INGREDIENTS
1 cup of HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis
1 24-ounce jar of marinara sauce
2 8-ounce packages of low-fat cream cheese
¾ cup sour cream
1 cup of sliced HORMEL® Original Pepperoni, chopped
6-8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Sliced scallions
Dippers: French bread
1. Heat oven to 350°F. Bake HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis on baking sheet for 10 to 12 minutes, or until crispy. Drain on paper towel.
2. Meanwhile, warm marinara in fondue pot. Mix in cream cheese, one block at a time, until creamy and smooth.
3. Stir in the sour cream and the HORMEL® Original Pepperoni.
4. Add the mozzarella cheese in handfuls and stir until you reach the desired consistency.
5. Keep on low in the fondue pot and stir often.
6. Garnish with scallions and HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis.
7. Serve with sliced bread.
