Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad

INGREDIENTS


Juice and zest of 1 lemon
Juice and zest of 1 orange
1 large shallot, minced
½ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved and thinly sliced
1 (2.52-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Fully Cooked Original Bacon, chopped and heated
1 cup toasted sliced almonds
1 cup grated Pecorino-Romano cheese

DIRECTIONS


1. In large bowl combine lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice and shallots. Whisk in olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

2. Add Brussels sprouts, bacon, almonds and cheese; toss to combine.
