Turkey Waldorf Salad Wraps

  • ¾ pound HORMEL® Maple Turkey, sliced ¼-inch thick, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ cup chopped toasted walnuts 
  • ½ cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup diced sweet apple
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large head butter lettuce, leaves separated to form cups


1. In large bowl, combine turkey, walnuts, celery, grapes and apple.
2. Dressing: In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.
3. Pour dressing over the turkey mixture; toss to coat.
4. Divide the salad among lettuce cups.
