From our family to yours, we want you to know that we take the quality of our products very seriously. Please know this recall only affects a limited number of 20 oz. DINTY MOORE® Beef Stew cans.
IMPORTANT: There have been no reports of consumer illnesses. No other varieties or dates of DINTY MOORE® products are included in this recall.
You may have already been contacted by your retailer regarding this recall. No additional products are being recalled.

Here’s everything you need to know to see if your DINTY MOORE® product is part of the recall:
Step 1:
Verify that your DINTY MOORE® product has the affected UPC numbers. Check the UPC code on the side of the can. If the UPC code is 037600215831 please continue to step 2.
Step 2:
The production code information is on the bottom of the can.
Step 3:
If your package has a different “BEST IF USED BY” date than what is listed below, it is not part of the recall.
Step 4:
If your package has the following dates for the corresponding UPC, it is part of the recall:

You can discard the product or return it to the store where purchased for an exchange.
