INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (15-ounce) can STAGG® CLASSIC® Chili No Bean, heated
  • 4 cups shredded cheese: queso quesadilla, Oaxaca, Panela, Monterey Jack, mozzarella
  • 2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced, for garnish
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In small oven-proof skillet layer chili and cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
