Sweet Pork and Peanut Slaw

DIRECTIONS


1. Prepare grill. In medium bowl, combine pork and stir-fry sauce. Grill pork 1 to 2 minutes on each side. To make slaw, in medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, onions, chiles and peanut sauce; refrigerate.
2. Fry tortilla wedges in hot oil 10 to 20 seconds on each side or until golden; drain on paper towel.
3. Arrange slaw, pork, avocado and tortilla wedges on plate. Sprinkle with peanuts.
