1 (28-ounce) can LA VICTORIA® Enchilada Sauce
1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick and Chunky Salsa
3 (10-ounce) cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
10 small flour tortillas
2 cups shredded mild Cheddar cheese
2 green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.

  2. In bowl, combine enchilada sauce and salsa.

  3. In another bowl, combine chicken and 1 cup enchilada sauce mixture.

  4. Spread 1 cup of enchilada sauce mixture in 9×13-inch pan. Spread 2 tablespoons chicken mixture in middle of each tortilla. Top with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese. Roll and place seam-side down in pan. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

  5. Cover with remaining sauce mixture, cheese and green onions.

  6. Bake 45 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cilantro.
