Ingredients
1 | (10 to 12-ounce) ball pizza dough, homemade or store-bought |
½ | cup pizza sauce, homemade or store-bought |
1½ | cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 | cup cooked and crumbled sausage |
4 | slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
½ | cup sliced red bell pepper |
½ | cup sliced yellow bell pepper |
½ | cup red onion rings |
¼ | cup sliced black olives |
½ | cup HORMEL® Pepperoni Cup N’ Crisp |
2 | tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese |
Crushed red pepper flakes, if desired | |
Freshly chopped herbs such as Italian parsley and rosemary, if desired |
Directions
Heat the oven to 475°F.
On floured surface, roll out pizza dough to a 12-inch round. Place on baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly on top. Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Top with sausage and bacon. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Layer with peppers, onions, olives and pepperoni. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Garnish with crushed red pepper flakes and fresh herbs, if desired.
