Mini Pepperoni Stuffed Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

 
12 eggs
½ cup mayonnaise (you can substitute sour cream for a low-fat dish)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
20 slices HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis
1 tablespoon ranch dressing (or ranch dip powder)
HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis, for garnish

Directions

  1. Boil eggs; peel.

  2. Cut each egg in half and place yolks in bowl. Set egg white halves aside.

  3. Use fork to break yolks apart. Add mayonnaise, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir to combine.

  4. Add pepperoni and ranch dressing to egg yolk mixture and stir until evenly combined.

  5. Spoon yolk mixture into each egg white half.

  6. Garnish with HORMEL® Pepperoni Minis and a sprinkle of paprika, if desired.

  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
