1 (17.3-oz) package puff pastry, thawed
½ cup pizza sauce
1 (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Mini Pepperoni
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning


  1. Heat oven to 400°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. Unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 9 squares.

  3. Spread small amount of pizza sauce over pastry square. Arrange cheese and pepperonis in center from corner to corner. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Fold two opposite corners of each square over the filling and press edges to seal. Place on prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

  4. Bake 15 to 18 minutes, until golden brown.
