1 cup HORMEL® Pepperoni 50% Less Sodium*, divided
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, chopped
½ onion, chopped
½ teaspoon dried oregano
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 fluid ounce shredded pizza cheese
2 cups marinara sauce
12 slices turkey pepperoni or regular pepperoni

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spray 4 individual (2- cup) oven-proof baking dishes with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Reserve 12 pepperoni slices for the tops of pizza bowls. Coarsely chop the remaining pepperoni.

  3. In large skillet over medium heat, cook chopped pepperoni 2 to 3 minutes or until beginning to crisp. Add mushrooms, bell pepper and onion. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are softened. Stir in oregano, garlic powder and red pepper.

  4. Divide half of the marinara sauce among the four baking dishes, spreading out in an even layer. Top with the pepperoni mixture, dividing among baking dishes.

  5. Top each with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with cheese and arrange reserved pepperoni slices on top.

  6. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
