2 (8-inch) flour tortillas
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup HORMEL® Pepperoni


  1. Prepare griddle for medium heat. Lightly spray 1 side of each tortilla with cooking spray.

  2. Place 1 tortilla on griddle sprayed side down. Spread pizza sauce evenly over tortilla. Layer half the cheese, pepperoni, and remaining cheese. Top with remaining tortilla.

  3. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over; cook additional 3 to 4 minutes. Cut into wedges.
