|12||ounces pizza dough|
|¼||cup marinara sauce, plus more for dipping, if desired|
|½||cup shredded mozzarella cheese|
|20||slices HORMEL® Pepperoni|
|4||tablespoons chopped green bell peppers|
|Freshly chopped herbs and grated|
|Parmesan cheese for garnish, if desired|
Preheat Belgian waffle iron for medium-high heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Divide dough into 4 equal portions. Roll into balls.
Stretch each ball into 8-inch circle. Top 2 dough rounds with 2 tablespoons marinara sauce, ¼ cup cheese, 10 pepperoni slices and 1 tablespoon green peppers. Cover with remaining dough rounds, pinching to seal.
Carefully transfer to prepared waffle iron. Cook 4 to 5 minutes or until dough is golden brown and crisp.
Repeat with remaining waffle.
Top each waffle with 1 fried egg, herbs and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve with remaining marinara sauce for dipping.
