12 slices HORMEL® Sliced Chorizo
¼ cup grated Manchego cheese
1 teaspoon oregano


  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange chorizo slices on prepared tray.

  3. Cover each slice with 1 teaspoon cheese. Sprinkle each with oregano.

  4. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until cheese is browned and chorizo is crisp. Let cool on tray.
