1 pound green beans, trimmed
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 shallot, sliced
2 teaspoons HOUSE OF TSANG® oyster flavored sauce
Garnish: toasted sesame seeds


  1. In large skillet or wok, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add shallot and garlic and cook 1 minute.

  2. Add green beans and cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until crisp tender.

  3. Add sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
