1 (15-ounce) can STAGG® CLASSIC® Chili No Bean, heated
4 shredded cheese: queso quesadilla, Oaxaca, Panela, Monterey Jack, mozzarella
2 medium Roma tomatoes, diced, for garnish
¼ cup freshly chopped cilantro, for garnish
Tortilla chips

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F. In small oven-proof skillet layer chili and cheeses. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Top with tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
