Oven Instructions: Bake at 350°F for 70 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Slow Cooker Instructions: Place in slow cooker on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.

Let me preface by saying that I don't cook often and while I love food, I haven't tried every pork roast (pre-marinated or otherwise) out there so I don't have much to compare to. Basically, I have simple tastes. This was also the first time I purchased this particular product (garlic onion pork roast). Moving on... This was so tender and juicy! Just needed something easy and delicious - this really fit the bill. And I love garlic on everything, so this was perfect for me. Would definitely buy/cook again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Flavor good, long time to cook Despite the reviews below I thought the flavor was good. It tasted like fresh garlic and onions. My problem was length of time cooking it. I cooked it for 75 minutes at 350' and then pulled it from the oven and wrapped it in foil for my husband to reheat in the oven when he got home. He had to cook it an additional 30 minutes (uncovered) to feel comfortable it was cooked thoroughly. Surprisingly it was still juicy and not dried out after this long time cooked. I do agree that there were parts that were very fatty, however this did not bother me as much as my picky husband. I'd recommend it if you get it on sale like I did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from onion & garlic Great product, the meat is 1st grade, if the flavor is too strong for some, then rinse the roast under the cold water to remove some of the seasoning, pat dry with a paper towel then brown it in the roaster and put into the oven, I also use chicken broth instead of any other liquid.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Waaaaaaay too strongly flavored :-/ I normally love these always tender roasts, but this flavor was too strong! It completely overpowered the delicious pork flavor. We could've been eating chicken for all we knew. I only added sliced mushrooms to the crock pot before cooking, so I know it was just the flavor injection/marinade that made it so heavy. Guess I'll have to stick to the BBQ one from now on...

Unfortunately the garlic and onion flavor spoiled it.this was a buy one get one offer at the grocery store. I will try to get all the spices rinsed off the other one before cooking it to try to get rid of the taste

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Simply Awful I purchased your product, HORMEL ALWAYS TENDER Onion Garlic Pork Roast. Overbearing after taste and this piece of meat was about 85% marbled in fat. I had to dispose of it, my Maine Coon Cat would not even eat it. Very disappointed!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy AND delicious I get these whenever they are on sale & I have a coupon. I know I can put this in my rotisserie for one hour & end up with a delicious main course. If you don't like the pre-coated flavors just rinse off & put your own. I coat with Hoisen Sauce & sprinkle garlic powder stick on the spit & I'm good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NOT A FAN I cooked this yesterday but sorry it was awful. Spices were odd tasting and was very salty. Also left an aftertaste. Only tried a small sliver and tossed the entire product. Felt it was inedible. I usually make my own pork roast but this looked small and thought it would be a quick cooking meal.
