INGREDIENTS


  • ¼ cup bottled ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • pinch salt and pepper
  • 4 ounces peeled and cooked medium shrimp, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large, ripe avocado, halved and seed removed
  • Garnish: HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces, dill sprigs, thinly sliced green onion and lime wedge

DIRECTIONS


  1. In a medium bowl, combine dressing, bacon, dill, green onions, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in shrimp.
  2. Scoop avocado from shell using a teaspoon; add to bowl. Reserve avocado skins. Fold avocado into shrimp mixture. Spoon mixture into avocado skins. Garnish with extra bacon.
