Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup ranch salad dressing
  • ¾ cup hot buffalo sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (10-ounce) cans HORMEL® Premium Chicken Breast, drained
  • Crackers, tortilla chips, bread and celery sticks

1. Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce and shredded cheese until well blended. Gently stir in chicken.
2. Spoon dip into 2-quart casserole. Bake 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, bread and celery sticks for dipping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best dip ever I make this dip for many parties and always get rave reviews. It is easy and delicious. I even substitute low fat ranch dressing , low fat cheddar cheese as well as fat free cream cheese and you cannot even tell the difference. Scoops tortilla chips go great with it. People always ask me for the recipe.

We had buffalo chicken in cans so I used them as well as added minced onions, more hot sauce, & bacon bits. Plus, I put it on low in the crock pot & left it on 'keep warm' until our get together was over. We will definitely be making this again!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious! I just made this dip for maybe the 4th time, and the 2nd for a church lunch potluck. It is easy to make and so tasty! I have witnessed people using their finger to get the final remnants out. :-) (I always keep a little for myself at home because I know there will be no leftovers.)
