INGREDIENTS


  • 12 large hardboiled eggs
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup finely chopped HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon
  • 2 tablespoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • Garnish: chopped HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon, chives

DIRECTIONS


Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks, keeping whites intact. In medium bowl, mash yolks with fork. Stir in mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients. Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Top with finely chopped Canadian bacon and chives, if desired.
