INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (.9-ounce) package Hollandaise sauce mix
  • 12 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian Bacon Thick Slices
  • 2 English muffins, split and toasted
  • 4 large eggs
  • Garnish: chopped fresh dill leaves, freshly ground pepper

DIRECTIONS


Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions. Keep warm.
In medium skillet, heat Canadian bacon over medium heat until lightly browned.
In medium saucepan, bring 1 quart water to a simmer over medium-low heat. Crack eggs into water and cook 2 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. Remove with slotted spoon.
Place 3 Canadian bacon slices on each English muffin half, top with one egg, and spoon desired amount of Hollandaise over egg. Sprinkle with dill and pepper if desired.
