Ingredients
| 1 | (2-ounce) package ramen noodles or ½ cup rice |
| 4 | strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® thick cut bacon |
| 2 | tablespoons HOUSE OF TSANG® Spicy Szechuan sauce |
| ½ | cup chopped green onions |
| 1 | sheet Nori seaweed paper, julienned |
| 2 | teaspoons black sesame seeds |
| 2 | soft cooked boiled eggs, cut in half |
| Garnish: HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Sriracha sauce |
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.
Cook noodles or rice according to package directions; discarding liquid.
Brush bacon with spicy Szechuan sauce. Place on lightly greased rack over jellyroll pan.
Bake 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until done. Cut bacon into 2-inch pieces.
Assemble noodles in 2 serving bowls. Top with bacon, green onions and remaining ingredients. Garnish with HOUSE OF TSANG® Ginger Sriracha sauce, if desired.
