INGREDIENTS


2 tablespoons siracha mayonnaise
2 large slices crusty bread, toasted if desired
Arugula leaves
6 slices cooked HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon
2 poached eggs 
Crushed red pepper, if desired

DIRECTIONS


Spread mayonnaise on bread slices. Top each bread slice with arugula, bacon and egg. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
