| 2 | large slices crusty bread, toasted if desired |
| Arugula leaves | |
| 6 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked according to package instructions |
| 2 | poached eggs |
| Crushed red pepper, if desired |
Directions
Spread mayonnaise on bread slices. Top each bread slice with arugula, bacon and egg. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper, if desired.
