  • 4 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Cherrywood Bacon
  • 12 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse-grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • Paprika
  • Cooked and crumbled bacon


1. Cook bacon according to package directions. Cool and crumble.
2. Gently removed yolks from eggs and transfer to medium bowl. Mash yolks with fork until finely chopped. Stir in mayonnaise and next 6 ingredients until smooth. Stir in bacon.
3. Carefully spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Garnish with paprika and bacon, if desired.
