INGREDIENTS


1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Original Thick Cut Bacon
1 head iceberg lettuce, cored, cut into 6 wedges
1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup grape tomatoes, quartered
Chopped chives, if desired
Croutons, if desired

DIRECTIONS


1. In large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. Chop bacon; set aside.
2. On each of 6 serving plates, place 1 lettuce wedge. Drizzle with dressing; sprinkle with bacon, cheese, tomatoes, chives and croutons if using.
