
Ingredients
¼ | cup bottled ranch dressing |
3 | tablespoons HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces |
2 | tablespoons chopped fresh dill |
2 | tablespoons thinly sliced green onions |
2 | tablespoons lime juice |
pinch salt and pepper | |
4 | ounces peeled and cooked medium shrimp, coarsely chopped |
1 | large, ripe avocado, halved and seed removed |
Garnish: HORMEL® Real Bacon Pieces, dill sprigs, thinly sliced green onion and lime wedge |
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine dressing, bacon, dill, green onions, lime juice, salt and pepper. Stir in shrimp.
Scoop avocado from shell using a teaspoon; add to bowl. Reserve avocado skins. Fold avocado into shrimp mixture. Spoon mixture into avocado skins.
Garnish with extra bacon.
