INGREDIENTS


  • 1 (12-ounce) package LITTLE SIZZLERS® Sausage Links, cut into small pieces
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons light olive oil
  • 3 HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Cubes
  • 2 (6-ounce) packages cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans

DIRECTIONS


1. In large skillet, sauté sausage, onion and apple over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
2. In large saucepan, combine water, oil and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix, sausage mixture, cranberries and parsley. Remove from heat.
3. Cover saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Add pecans. Fluff with fork.
 
 
 
 
  Close
