2 cups water
2 teaspoons HERB-OX® Chicken or Beef Cold Water Dissolve Chicken Granulated Bouillon
4 tablespoons butter
¼ cup flour
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
½ teaspoon dried sage
¼ teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Dissolve bouillon into water.

  2. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add flour, onion powder, rosemary, sage and thyme. Cook, stirring, 1 minute or until flour is incorporated. Slowly whisk in bouillon mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook, whisking, until smooth and thick, about 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
