Hot Chicken and Artichoke Dip

INGREDIENTS


  • 2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10-ounce) can HORMEL® Premium Chicken breast, drained and flaked
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  • 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley leaves

DIRECTIONS


  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. In large bowl, stir together Swiss cheese and remaining ingredients. Spread mixture in a lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve hot dip with assorted crackers or breadsticks for dipping.
