Ingredients

 
1 (32-ounce) bag frozen potato nuggets
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
12 slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® microwave ready bacon, cooked according to package directions, chopped
1 Roma tomato, chopped
1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro, if desired
½ cup sour cream for serving, if desired

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a large rimmed baking pan with parchment or foil. Bake potato nuggets according to package directions. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Top with bacon. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  2. Top with tomatoes, jalapeño, cilantro and sour cream if desired.
