Ingredients
| 6 | eggs |
| ¼ | cup heavy cream |
| salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste | |
| 8 | slices HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® bacon, cooked according to package directions |
| ½ | cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
| Chopped fresh chives |
Directions
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 24 cups in mini muffin pan.
In medium bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt and pepper until well combined.
Tear bacon slices into ½-inch pieces. Divide bacon among muffin cups. Sprinkle with cheese. Divide egg mixture between each muffin cup.
Bake 20 minutes or until set. Sprinkle with chives. Makes 24.
