Skillet Bacon Macaroni and Cheese

INGREDIENTS


  • ½ (16-ounce) box macaroni pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 ¼ cups milk
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Provolone cheese
  • ½ cup shredded American cheese
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 (6-ounce) package of HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Canadian bacon slices, coarsely chopped

DIRECTIONS


Cook pasta according to package directions. Keep warm.
In large skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour until smooth, gradually add milk, whisking constantly. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Gradually stir in cheese until melted. Add remaining ingredients, including pasta.
