½ cup shredded fontina cheese
2 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, torn into pieces
1 jalapeño pepper, sliced
1/2 (5-ounce) package HORMEL® Pepperoni Cup N’ Crisp
Fresh basil, as desired

Neapolitan Pizza Dough (Makes 2 dough balls):
2 cups ‘00’ pizza flour or bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon instant yeast
¾ cup warm water
Hot Honey:
¼ cup honey
2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
