Ingredients
| 1 | (12-ounce) package sausage Links, cut into small pieces |
| 1 | onion, chopped |
| 1 | apple, peeled, cored and diced |
| 3 | cups water |
| 2 | tablespoons light olive oil |
| 3 | HERB-OX® Chicken Bouillon Cubes |
| 2 | (6-ounce) packages cornbread stuffing mix |
| ½ | cup dried cranberries |
| ¼ | cup chopped fresh parsley |
| ½ | cup chopped toasted pecans |
Directions
In large skillet, sauté sausage, onion and apple over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until sausage is no longer pink; drain.
In large saucepan, combine water, oil and bouillon. Bring to a boil. Stir in stuffing mix, sausage mixture, cranberries and parsley. Remove from heat.
Cover saucepan; let stand 5 minutes. Add pecans. Fluff with fork.
