This Bacon and Egg Flatbread Pizza layers crispy, smoky bacon and perfectly cooked eggs over melted cheese and a golden crust. A great twist on classic breakfast flavors, it’s fast, fun and incredibility indulgent.

| 1 | flatbread pizza crust |
| 1 | cup salsa |
| 1 | cup mozzarella cheese, shredded |
| 2 | eggs |
| ¼ | cup BLACK LABEL® Bacon, chopped |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400˚
Cook BLACK LABEL® Bacon in an oven, air fryer, or stove top, allow bacon to cool on paper towel and roughly chop into 1-2inch size pieces.
Place flatbread on a sheet pan and spread salsa around the bottom as the sauce base. Top with shredded mozzarella. Crack two eggs on flatbread and top with your chopped bacon.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through. Slice and enjoy.
