Ingredients
| 12 | large hard-boiled eggs, coarsely chopped |
| 4 | 4 green onions, chopped |
| ⅓ | cup coarsely shredded carrots |
| ⅓ | cup coarsely chopped radish |
| ½ | cup chopped celery |
| ⅔ | cup mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon coarse grain mustard |
| ½ | teaspoon salt |
| ¼ | tablespoon freshly ground pepper |
| ¼ | teaspoon dill seed |
| ½ | cup HORMEL® Real Bacon Bits |
| Garnish: additional bacon bits, if desired |
Directions
In large bowl, combine eggs and remaining ingredients, stirring to combine. Sprinkle with additional bacon bits, if desired. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Serve as a sandwich or over lettuce.
