Ingredients
| ½ | slice BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked |
| 1½ | ounces vodka |
| 1 | ounce coffee liqueur |
| ½ | ounce chocolate liqueur |
| 1 | ounce freshly brewed espresso cooled |
| 3 | coffee beans |
| 1 | pasteurized egg white *To ensure food safety, only use pasteurized eggs in recipes that call for raw eggs. |
Directions
Chill the martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes so your drink stays cold longer.
In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, coffee liqueur, chocolate liqueur, pasteurized egg white, and freshly brewed espresso.
Shake in the shaker vigorously for 15 seconds, fill the shaker with ice and shake for another 20 second.
The shaking process chills the drink and creates a little froth from the espresso and egg whites. Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass and garnish with BLACK LABEL® Bacon slice and 3 coffee beans.
