Bacon meets fresh lemon and touch of sweetness while the egg creates a smooth foam. It’s a rich entertaining worthy cocktail with a mix of brightness, sweetness and smoky depth.

| ½ | slice BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked |
| 2 | ounces whiskey |
| 1 | ounce fresh lemon juice |
| ¾ | ounce pure maple syrup or simple syrup |
| 2 | pasteurized egg white *To ensure food safety, only use pasteurized eggs in recipes that call for raw eggs. |
| Garnish: Orange peel and a cocktail cherry | |

Directions
Add the whiskey, lemon juice, syrup, and pasteurized egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.
Shake for 15 seconds.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.
Add ice train the drink into a glass and pour shaker over, the foam created from shaking will collect at the top.
Serve with ice, an orange peel, a cocktail cherry, and the cooked BLACK LABEL® Bacon slice, and enjoy.
