½ slice BLACK LABEL® Bacon, cooked
2 ounces whiskey
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce pure maple syrup or simple syrup
2 pasteurized egg white *To ensure food safety, only use pasteurized eggs in recipes that call for raw eggs.
Garnish: Orange peel and a cocktail cherry

Directions

  1. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, syrup, and pasteurized egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice.

  2. Shake for 15 seconds.

  3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake again for 30 seconds.

  4. Add ice train the drink into a glass and pour shaker over, the foam created from shaking will collect at the top.

  5. Serve with ice, an orange peel, a cocktail cherry, and the cooked BLACK LABEL® Bacon slice, and enjoy.
