Ingredients
| 8 | strips HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Maple Black Pepper Bacon |
| 2 | tablespoons flour |
| ½ | fluid ounce chicken broth |
| 1 | cup milk |
| ¼ | teaspoon poultry seasoning |
| ¼ | teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| 4 | eggs, cooked as desired |
| 4 | frozen buttermilk biscuits, cooked according to package directions |
Directions
In medium skillet, over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp. Chop bacon and set aside.
Reserve 2 tablespoons bacon grease in skillet. Whisk in flour until smooth, cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in broth and milk. Bring mixture to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add poultry seasoning and pepper and simmer 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in chopped bacon. Season with salt to taste.
Serve gravy, and eggs over split biscuits.
