8 slices sourdough bread
¼ cup butter, softened
8 (1-ounce) mozzarella cheese slices
1 (12-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Thick Cut Bacon Coated with Seasoning Inspired By FRANK’S RED HOT® Sauce, crisply cooked
2 tablespoons FRANK’S RED HOT® Sauce

Directions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice bread. On unbuttered side of 4 slices bread, layer cheese, bacon and hot sauce; top with remaining bread slices, butter-side-out.

  2. On griddle or in large skillet, cook each sandwich until browned on both sides and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
