                                | 1 | (2.25-ounce) package HORMEL® BLACK LABEL® Fully Cooked Bacon, divided | 
| 16 | ounces cream cheese , room temperature | 
| ¼ | cup sour cream | 
| 1 | (1-ounce) package ranch seasoning | 
| ¾ | teaspoon garlic powder | 
| ½ | teaspoon onion powder | 
| ¼ | teaspoon salt | 
| ¼ | teaspoon pepper | 
| 1¼ | cups finely shredded cheddar cheese, divided | 
| ½ | cup finely shredded pepper jack cheese | 
| ⅓ | cup chopped green onions, divided | 
| ⅓ | cup chopped pecans | 
Directions
- Prepare bacon according to package directions. Chop or coarsely crumble. Reserve.
- In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Stir in 1 cup cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, ¼ cup reserved bacon and 2 tablespoons green onions.
- Place cheese mixture on top of plastic wrap. Mold cheese mixture into ball, covering with plastic wrap to help hold shape. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- In shallow dish or plate, mix together chopped pecans, remaining bacon, cheese and green onions. Unwrap cheese ball and roll in nut mixture. Gently press mixture into the cheese ball.
